Visitor Experience Assistants
We’re on the lookout for people to join our Visitor Experience Team who will be responsible for being the first point of contact to visitors at Z-arts, providing a friendly welcome, working in our café, giving general information and assisting with any queries.
£13.45/hr | Zero-hours | Start September 2026
Weekend, evening and school holiday shifts – flexibility essential.

Shortlisting will take place on Tuesday 1st September. If your application is successful at this stage, you’ll be invited to a group workshop/interview on Thursday 3rd September at 4.30pm – please make sure you’re available for this. Individual interviews will then be held on Friday 4th September, between 12pm and 4pm, for those successful at the group stage.

Executive Assistant / Office Manager
To support the CEO and Co-Creative Directors in the effective administration of Z-arts, to support organisational growth. This is initially a six-month contract, with a view to extending, funding permitting. There will be an emphasis on improving organisational systems and procedures to create an operational legacy if the role is not continued.
£30,000 per annum | Full-time, 37.5 hrs/week | Six-month contract, extension subject to funding
