Planning a first theatre trip? Here’s some of our most frequently asked questions…
Is it okay if my little one moves around during the performance?
Absolutely! A lot of our shows are aimed at very young audiences, so it’s completely fine if anyone needs to move around the space or leave and come back!
What time should I arrive if I’m seeing a show?
We usually recommend that you turn up no more than half an hour before the show starts, this should allow you plenty of time to pick up your tickets, grab a drink or a snack and pop to the loo!
What shows at Z-arts are suitable for my child?
At Z-arts we have plenty of age guidance for all our theatre shows. This can be found in our season programme or on the individual show pages here.
What food & drink do you have on offer?
Our Café can be found just outside our theatre, just along from Box Office.
It has plenty of snacks and drinks available, as well as a brand new sandwich menu!
Can we find out more about the show before we come?
Yes! We have visual guides available for all our theatre shows, these tell you a bit more information about the show and what to expect when you come to Z-arts. Visual guides can be found on the individual show pages on the Z-arts website.

Can I bring my buggy?
Of course you can!
If you are at Z-arts specifically for a theatre show you may have to leave it in our buggy park area if there isn’t space for it inside the theatre.
