Come and stretch with us! An online yoga and mindfulness class for teens that  introduces yoga sequences through themes to help increase flexibility, posture and bring a sense of calm, which is particularly helpful during a time where there is a lot going on in the outside world.  No experience needed, just enthusiasm to have a go.

Please book by midnight the day before the session so we have time to send a Zoom link out to you.
