Yoga is for everyone. There’s always time to start stretching and exploring. It’s a fantastic way for young people to develop focus, self-awareness and confidence.
All classes will be run with relevant social distancing guidelines and safety procedures in place, adhering to government guidelines.
Please note, our in person classes are not currently bookable weekly. If you book, you are booked on for the weekly class for the full half term after Easter.
