Little Reads on Play Day
Play Day is the national day for play, celebrated each year across the UK on the first Wednesday in August. Z-arts will be celebrating on Wednesday 2 August.
This year’s theme for Play Day is … Playing on a shoestring – making every day an adventure. So come down to Z-arts for FREE and join in with our fun themed play activities.
We’re also getting all sporty! So we’ll have play equipment out in the park (weather permitting) and some drop-in arts craft activities until 12pm.
As we’re hosting Little Reads for out Storytime all things stories, books, pictures and words will run through event and we will be promoting Read Manchester’s Summer Reading Challenge.
More info on that here: Summer Reading Challenge
There’s so much going on so make sure you pop down for a play!
