The BIG IMAGINATIONS FESTIVAL is back for 2019!

We have the best theatre for children and families at more than 30 venues across the north. You can find us in Cheshire, Cumbria, Greater Manchester, Lancashire, Merseyside, South Yorkshire and West Yorkshire.

With over 95 performances to choose from, you and your family can enjoy and celebrate the magic of brilliant children’s theatre wherever you are.

The festival includes performances from international artists and the brand new show Stitch Brothers Patchwork Wonders, which you can see right here at Z-arts! There are also plenty of activities across the festival, so make sure you check out the Big Imaginations website and get involved.
