Introduce children to the “5 Ways to Wellbeing” through a creative, interactive project designed by experienced educators to promote positive mental health.
Using various artistic mediums, children explore emotions, build resilience, and discover lifelong wellbeing strategies. Originally supported by the NHS and MCR Healthy Schools, this project was successfully piloted in four South Manchester schools.
Duration: 5 weeks, 1 hour per week
