I am what the French call “une collagiste” – that is, a collage artist. I work with printed material collected from sources as varied as flea markets, charity shops, eBay and the street itself (as well as with my trusty scissors and glue). Making surgical cuts, I rework images into surrealist collage artworks inspired by the master Salvador Dali, and contemporary collage artists namely Alex Daw, Serge Bloch and Julian House. My debut exhibition took place in March 2012, at the Archipelago Works in Sheffield.”
