Big Imaginations School Performances
We schedule school performances for our Big Imaginations shows throughout the year. These performance dates are only open to schools and educational groups.

Booking tickets
To get in touch about bringing a school group to a performance email Gill on gill@z-arts.org and she will send you a booking enquiry form. If you are bringing a class of 30 students or more to a performance, we advise booking at least 4 weeks in advance to avoid disappointment.

Payment
We will send an invoice for the full amount to the school finance contact provided on the booking enquiry form. This should be paid in full prior to the visit taking place. Please be certain of numbers when making your booking as refunds cannot be made once payment has been received.

Teachers
All school staff tickets are completely free when accompanying a school group. We recommend a minimum of 1 adult to 10 children under 16yrs.

Refreshments

Depending on room availability, we can provide a space for lunch at a discounted hire rate when booking school performance tickets. Please indicate your requirements on the booking enquiry form.

Getting to Z-arts
There is no parking for coaches immediately outside Z-arts, although coaches are able to drop-off and pick-up outside our front entrance. Please be mindful that there are Blue Badge parking bays outside our front entrance so your bus/coach may need to park further down Stretford Road. 

Access
We strive to make Z-arts accessible to all children and young people. Our building is wheelchair accessible, and we programme relaxed performances throughout the year. Please indicate any access requirements or special needs on your school booking form.
